Terms of Service
Last updated October 17, 2026
Short version: Avex is a free roleplay tool, everything on it is fictional, virtual money has no real value, play fair and be respectful, and the beta can change or reset at any time.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the Avex team (the "Core Team", "we", "us") for your use of Avex CAD ("Avex"), the Community Aided Dispatch website at avexcad.xyz for Roblox ER:LC roleplay communities.
By signing in or using Avex you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Avex.
Who can use Avex
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Discord and Roblox where you live, whichever is higher.
- If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you, and by using Avex you confirm they have.
- You must have a Discord account in good standing and be a member of the Oklahoma Roleplay Discord server.
- You must follow Discord's, Roblox's and ER:LC's own terms and rules, as well as the community's rules.
- We can open, limit or close access to Avex, or to parts of it, at any time.
Your account
- You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your Discord account secure.
- You may link only one Roblox account, and it must be your own. Linking someone else's Roblox account, or using another person's account, is not allowed.
- You may have one civilian character, one law enforcement character and one sub-department character (fire, DOT, dispatch or court). Do not create accounts to get around limits, cooldowns or bans.
- Access to staff and department tools comes from your Discord roles. Losing a role removes that access, and leaving the server signs you out.
Roleplay only, not a real emergency service
Avex is a game tool. All characters, 911 calls, dispatch, records, citations, arrests, warrants, licenses, medical reports, impounds, money and businesses on Avex are fictional and exist only for roleplay. They have no legal meaning in real life.
In a real emergency, call your local emergency number (such as 911 or 112). Nobody on Avex can send real help.
Department names, ranks, laws and places are used for roleplay. Avex is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any real police, sheriff, highway patrol, fire, transportation or government agency, including the State of Oklahoma.
Virtual money and items
- Wallet balances, salaries, department pay, rewards, rent, taxes, fines, business funds, ID card themes and any other in-game money or items are virtual. They have no real-world value and cannot be sold, traded for real money or Robux, or cashed out.
- You do not own virtual money or items. You get a limited permission to use them on Avex while your account is in good standing.
- We may change prices, rewards, quotas and balances, and may reset, remove or correct virtual money and items at any time (for example after a bug, an exploit or a beta reset), without compensation.
- Avex does not currently sell anything for real money. If that changes, separate purchase terms will apply.
Departments, the MDT and staff tools
- The MDT, rosters, supervisor tools and department wallets are for members of the matching Discord roles only, used in good faith for roleplay.
- Do not file false or joke reports, abuse records against other players, fake duty time, pad quotas, or misuse panic, 911 or dispatch. Duty time, quotas and pay can be corrected or removed by department leadership or the Core Team.
- Ranks, callsigns and access follow Discord roles given by the community. Avex does not decide who is hired, promoted or removed.
- In each department's own Discord server, the Avex bot may update the callsign at the start of your nickname (for example "4002 | LTC | Name") to match your roster callsign. It does not change the rest of your nickname.
- Supervisor and Core Team actions are logged, and staff must use their tools fairly.
How Avex is built
Avex is a beta project built and improved by a small team, and some of its work is done with the help of AI tools. AI is used to speed up design and development. Every feature is reviewed by the team before it goes live.
Dark mode was made with AI to save efficiency.
AI tools are used only to help build the website. Avex does not use AI to make decisions about you, your account, your access or your roleplay records, and your information is not sold or used to train AI models.
Acceptable use
When using Avex, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Put real personal information about yourself or anyone else (real names, addresses, phone numbers, photos) into Avex.
- Impersonate staff, other players, real people or real agencies outside of normal roleplay.
- Exploit bugs, cheat on license tests, automate actions, scrape the site, or try to get money, items or access you should not have.
- Try to break into, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with Avex, its servers or other players' accounts.
- Use Avex for anything illegal or anything that breaks Discord, Roblox or ER:LC rules.
If you find a bug or security problem, report it through the Bug Report page instead of using it.
Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of what you write on Avex (characters, reports, business details, bug reports). You give us permission to store, display and use it to run Avex and the community's roleplay, including showing it to other players as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Avex without owing you anything. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or community rules.
Third-party services
Avex relies on Discord, Roblox, Melonly, ER:LC (Police Roleplay Community) and Cloudflare. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and Roblox, ER:LC, Discord and Melonly are trademarks of their owners. Their services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect Avex.
Beta, availability and changes
- Avex is in beta. Features may change, break, be removed or be added at any time.
- Avex may be offline for maintenance, moves to new hosting, or problems outside our control. We do not promise any uptime.
- We may reset data during the beta, including shifts, reports, licenses, vehicles, wallets and history. We try to keep profiles and businesses, but we cannot guarantee it.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or remove your access to Avex, or remove your characters, data, virtual money or items, if you break these Terms or community rules, if needed to protect other players or Avex, or if your access is no longer allowed by the community. You can stop using Avex at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers, liability and contact
Avex is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Core Team is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost virtual money or items, or problems caused by third-party services, and our total liability for anything related to Avex is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing, since Avex is free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be changed by agreement.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version and big changes will be announced in the community Discord server. Using Avex after an update means you accept the new Terms.
If you have a problem with Avex, contact the Core Team first so we can try to sort it out informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, and nothing in them takes away protections your own local law gives you.
Questions? Message the Core Team in the Oklahoma Roleplay Discord server, or use the Bug Report page on Avex.
